Most of 'I Remember Now' is missing, the rest of the show is flawless and sounds amazing!
COMMENTS :
As you know I am a producer on this show for the upcoming DVD. I was to attend this show for notes on the upcoming shoot in Seattle and meet with the lighting director. I had gotten all the main info I needed between the sound check and conversation afterward. I had gotten permission to watch the show from the mix site. I figured since I had my gear in the car why not? The intro is cut due to the fact the Susan Tate decided she needed to talk with me (not now woman!!) There is very little direct crowd noise on this recording and I could not have been more in the middle of the sweet spot if I tried. There is very good stereo separation on this. Very little work was done to the recording in mastering other than removing a slight peak at 2k and a bit of level increase.
Enjoy!!

As one who wasn't too fond of Mindcrime II upon my initial listen, the live performance documented here has persuaded me to revist the studio release. This recording is a definate pleaser and for those that only want to get 'the best sounding show' of the tour, I'm pretty sure this is going to be it. The clarity of all instruments is present and the vocals are very nice and clean, the guest appearance of Ronnie James Dio to play 'Doctor X' is an added bonus! There is also very little crowd noise. I'm sure you'll all be happy to hear this! I was!!!

Dio has rocked for a long, long time,
Now it's time for him to pass the torch. He has songs of wildebeests and angels,
He has soared on the wings of a demon.
